• Evaluates candidate’s education, skills acquired, and qualifications to work at various client companies.
• Interacting with our clients to determine skills required for various job assignments. 
• Matching candidates to job orders and filling open positions in an effective and timely manner.
• Delivering top-notch customer service to candidates, field employees, and client companies.
• Conducting orientation, on-boarding, and managing the employee workforce; including counseling, disciplinary actions and terminations Supervising and appraising the productivity of associates through follow up and quality checks with the client.
• Troubleshoots, resolves and addresses clients’ concerns and/or complaints.

ResourceMFG is now hiring for a company in Brazil, IN. 

1st Shift-8am-4:30pm $21/hr Mon-Fri and either Sat or Sun. 48 hours per week

2nd Shift-4pm to 12:30am $21.50/hr Mon-Fri and either Sat or Sun. 48 hours per week

3rd Shift-Midnight to 8:30am $22/hr Mon-Fri and either Sat or Sun. 48 hours per week

• Must have Forklift Experience of 3 months in last 1 year or 2 years in the last 5. 

•  Production and operation of mixing of lead based materials.  Must have 3 months of production experience

• Two 15min paid breaks and One 30min unpaid lunch break. Conversions at 5 to 6 months.  

• PPE supplied: Uniform, work boots, hearing protection, goggles, disposable gloves. Must be clean shaven (a mustache is ok.) 30 minute unpaid shower is required. 3M Secure Click Respirator. 

• It’s a controlled environment, Employees leave uniforms there and shower off before leaving. 

   

• An interview with the hiring manager on site. 

Job Requirements:

• Phone, email and bank account are required. 

• A full physical including vision, hearing and climbing.

• A blood draw for lead check every 60 days for testing.
