We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Inventory Control Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have recent experience in Inventory and Logistics within the past year. Starting pay is $16-$18 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Support inventory accuracy through regular counts, labeling, and stock organization
• Data Entry
• Prepare and process shipments accurately, including labeling, documentation.
• Basic mathematics, adding/subtracting
• Maintain accurate inventory logs
• Assist in warehouse operations such as: 
• Cable cutting based on work orders 
• Pulling parts for production kits and assemblies
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse areas
• Work closely with team members to meet daily and weekly operational goals
• Heavy Lifting

Qualifications:

• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Computer skills and knowledge of warehouse management systems
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks that require standing or walking for long periods
• Eagerness to learn and support multiple warehouse functions
• Previous warehouse, inventory management experience required
• Stand for entirety of shift
• Must be flexible and available between 5:00 AM – 5PM during training. Regular hours will be assigned after training is completed.

Location: Tampa Bay: located inside of Sable Park

ResourceMFG is currently seeking a dedicated Group Lead to join a local manufacturer in the Tampa 33619 area. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to grow within a dynamic work environment. Pay $16 -$18 

Responsibilities:

• Provide attention and support to associates on the production floor.
• Distribute work assignments, address inquiries, and monitor accuracy and quality for fiber optic cable assemblers.
• Generate daily reports and maintain order tracking systems on the production floor.
• Collaborate closely with the production manager to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to schedules.
• Translate documents and emails from English to Spanish and vice versa.
• Utilize computer skills to facilitate job duties effectively.

Requirements:

• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Proficiency in reading and translating English documents and emails.
• Computer literate with the ability to operate necessary software.
• Minimum of two years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments.
