 Maintenance/ Janitor: Associate will be inspecting Plant grounds and Operations, Restrooms, Breakrooms. Manufacturing floor, Company Grounds. General Housekeeping job responsibilities along with warehouse maintenance such as keep the area free and clear of can debris and shredding material at all times. Able to maintain a fixed schedule for warehouse maintenance and upkeep. Operating Wet Floor Machine, Preasure washer, Mop, maintenance cart, Pallet Jack and other Cleaning equipment.

Able to take a water bottle, Associates may bring a water bottle (Clear/See thru) provided that the container has a screw top lid that has a pop up or sliding spout. They must be able to turn the water bottle upside down and nothing can leak.

They will also deal with extreme warehouse climate issues:cold and hot. It’s cold in the winter hot in the summer.

 We do provide hydrated drinks on the floor for summer and there is company involvement to assist with acclimatize to weather such as vents, A/C, Fans, Heaters. We do provide hydrated drinks on the floor for summer And hydrating pop-sickle per break located in the break room free of charge.

ALL ASSOCIATES MUST REPORT TO WORK WITH STEEL TOE SHOES. We will provide the other PPE.

• Inspects the building, grounds, and equipment.
• Handles necessary repairs and maintenance.

• Keeps a maintenance log and writes shift reports.
• Reports any issues to the maintenance manager or clients.
• Completes General House Keeping throughout the warehouse and company grounds.

They are required to sort out bad and good Sheets based on the sheet condition.
