Job Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of MIG/Fluxcore
• Combo Welder/Fitter, experience welding on pressure vessels a plus
• Pipe welding experience
• Working with carbon steel
• Must be able to do own fitting
• Able to read blueprints/drawings
• Hand eye coordination and dexterity
• Most equipment is 10ga to 5/16” thick in 414G and SA-516-70. Pipe is going to be Sch 40 and 80.
• Basic metallurgy knowledge

We have an immediate opportunity in West Houston working for a Seismic Manufacturing company.

Pay: $17-$20/hr. Depending on Experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday with OT  6 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Responsibilities: 

• Read electronic schematics and assembly prints
• Operate Electronic test equipment (Oscilloscopes, Multimeters, etc.)
• Solder and de-solder components on through-hole PCB's
• Able to read assembly prints & wiring diagrams
• Follow written test procedures
• Use hand/power tools
• Basic computer skills
• Provide inspection of assemblies
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
