Now Hiring: Experienced Forklift Operators

We are seeking skilled and safety-focused Forklift Operators for a leading beverage distribution and warehouse operation in the La Vergne, TN area. This is a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where reliable employees have the opportunity to build long-term careers.

Pay & Benefits

• Starting pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour

Equipment Experience Preferred

Candidates should have previous experience operating one or more of the following:

• Reach Truck
• Cherry Picker (Order Picker)
• Sit-Down Forklift
• Electric Pallet Jack

What You'll Do

• Safely operate material handling equipment throughout the warehouse
• Pick, move, stage, load, and unload products
• Build pallets and prepare products for shipment
• Support shipping, receiving, and inventory operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Accurately complete tasks while meeting productivity expectations
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications

• Previous forklift or warehouse equipment experience required
• Experience in a distribution, warehouse, or logistics environment preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, and pull for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Dependable attendance and positive work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
