Job Requirements

• Read blueprints and manufacturing instructions.
• Run turret or brake press according to set specs.
• Perform pem, tap, and radius operations.
• Identify and verify part specs.
• Operate LVD and/or Cincinnati brakes at required rates.
• Set up and run Amada turrets at required rates.
• Offer valuable product improvement suggestions.
• Take on additional tasks as needed.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 6 months relevant Assembly experience with wiring
• Attention to detail
• Able to use basic hand and power tools (crimpers, wire strippers, screw drivers, etc.)
• Basic Math
• Mechanical aptitude
• Able to read blueprints/drawings
• Hand eye coordination and dexterity
• Basic computer skills
• Must be versatile to work in different areas of the deparment

Job Responsibilities

• Follow safety guidelines
• Follow standard work instructions as assigned
• Perform hands-on tasks
• Lift up to 50lbs, stand, bend, and reach
• Maintain clean and organized workspace
• Troubleshoot issues
• Meet production standards
• Work in a team environment
• Accurate recordkeeping and inventory documentation
• Inspection of product
• Experience with electronic assembly, a plus

• MONDAY - FRIDAY Some Saturday's
• 1ST: $20/HOUR 6A TO 2:30P
• 2ND: $22/HOUR 3:30P TO 12A
  

WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATES JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Working in different work stations such as a
  • Paint line: hanging units of Various sizes to be painted
  • Wire Prep: Measuring, Labeling, and Cutting Wires for installation
  • Framing: Assembly line set up, Tool Use, Mechanical Knowledge, Assembling Units and Parts.
  • Breakers Station: Repetitive movement, Mechanical skills & knowledge, Tool Use, Installing Breakers within a unit.
  • Material Handlers: Operating Sit-Down and/or Stand-Up Forklifts

$17.50 - $23.00 an Hour Depending Shift and Experience
