• Attention to detail
• Able to use basic hand and power tools
• Basic Math
• Mechanical aptitude
• Able to read blueprints/drawings
• Hand eye coordination and dexterity
• Basic computer skills

Job Responsibilities

• Follow safety guidelines
• Follow standard work instructions as assigned
• Perform hands-on tasks
• Lift up to 50lbs, stand, bend, and reach
• Maintain clean and organized workspace
• Troubleshoot issues
• Meet production standards
• Work in a team environment
• Accurate recordkeeping and inventory documentation
• Inspection of product
• Experience with electronic assembly, a plus

?? Now Hiring: Robotic Weld Operator & Saw Operator (2nd Shift)
Location: Aberdeen, NC
Pay: $16/hour
Shift: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM (Monday–Thursday)
Training: 2 weeks on day shift
Tenure Requirement: Minimum 1 year of consistent work history — longevity is paramount

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive and cooperative working relationship with team members and supervisors.

• Read and interpret blueprints accurately.

• Stamp parts according to blueprint specifications.

• Operate CO2 and fiber lasers as needed.

• Follow all safety protocols and quality standards.
