?? Position: Reach Truck Operator (MUST HAVE 1 year stand-up reach experience required in a busy distribution center)

Position Overview

We are currently hiring Reach Truck Operators to join our warehouse team in Fayetteville, NC. This role involves operating a stand-up reach forklift and pallet jack to move inventory throughout a large distribution center. You will play a key role in maintaining efficient product flow and ensuring accurate shipments.

(Forklift certification provided upon hire.)

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up reach forklift and pallet jack

• Move products from racks to staging areas for outbound shipment

• Load/unload trailers and verify quantities

• Stack, store, and organize materials in racking systems

• Perform accurate picking, staging, and cycle counts

• Use RF scanners and Excel for inventory tracking

• Maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment

• Report inventory discrepancies and safety concerns promptly

Job Requirements:

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent stand-up reach truck experience

• Experience operating Crown or Hyiester brand forklifts (REQUIRED)

• Ability to safely operate pallet jacks and RF scanners

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced distribution environment

• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail

• Picking orders 

• Certification preferred (on-site certification provided if needed)
