MUST HAVE RECENT Exp on Hyiester/Crown Stand Up Reach

Will train on 1st shift for 2 weeks and MUST be able to pass an onsite forklift testing.

The Stand Up Reach Operator I is responsible for operating material handling equipment for the purpose of moving, locating, relocating, stacking and counting merchandise.

The Operator is accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the forklift and may also be required to perform order filler or order checker duties in addition to his or her own.This position is responsible for operating a Stand up Reach Forklift

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC and manual press brake machines.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings.
• Select appropriate tooling, dies, and machine settings for specific jobs.
• Measure and inspect finished parts using calipers, tape measures, micrometers, and other precision tools.
• Make machine adjustments to maintain quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Load, position, and unload sheet metal materials.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and keep equipment clean.
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
• Maintain production records and report issues to supervisors.
• Work with team members to meet production schedules and customer requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience operating a press brake, metal forming equipment, or other manufacturing machinery preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret mechanical drawings.
• Strong mathematical and measuring skills.
• Experience using precision measuring instruments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
