Account Payable Clerk needed in Oceanside area.

• On site/Full time Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
• $21-$25/hr. DOE
• Temp to hire opportunity
• Weekly pay

Duties and responsibilities:
Vendor invoices are to be received in an on-line queue, this queue is to be reviewed daily. 
Upon review of the queue, match vendor invoices to purchase orders and proof of receipt.
Review employee travel related expenses, supporting employees with questions.

Resolve any dispute with vendors on timing of payments.
Adhere to weekly schedules for vendor payments using system generated checks or wire payments.
Attach all vendor invoices into Company ERP and file in a consistent manner.
Support Company’s inventory card maintenance with pre-approved changes to products.
Support Accounting with other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

3 years’ experience working as an accounts payable clerk in a manufacturing company required.
Must be able to work independently and with limited supervision.
Proficiency with ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, Outlook or similar products is required.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble of medical devices using a microscope and use production/inspection tools and equipment needed for product builds
• Operate tools & equipment, and complete documentation as required
• Perform equipment set-up, operation, and in-process inspection in order to accomplish assigned task(s).
• Labeling and packaging of medical products.

Job Requirements:

Education:

• High school or equivalent with two or more years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in low or high-volume production

Required Experience:

• Hands-on experience in medical device manufacturing or prototyping experience.
• Prior microscope and medical assembly experience required
• Understand and perform in-process inspection to assure workmanship and quality of in-process medical devices.
