Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, inspection, or production environment.
  • Experience programming with CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar).
  • Prior experience with machine programming and fabrication operations.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and consistently lift up to 15 pounds.
  • Proficient in reading blueprints and using measurement tools such as calipers and rulers.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate and support colleagues.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience programming Trumpf machines or similar equipment.
  • Familiarity with automated machine programming and digital inspection tools.

Work Environment
