Role Overview

We are seeking a dependable Shipping & Receiving Forklift Associate to support our Loading, Shipping & Receiving department. This is a temporary position with the potential to transition into a temp-to-hire opportunity based on performance and business needs. This role plays a key part in ensuring customer orders are pulled, staged, and loaded accurately and on time, while maintaining organized inventory and a safe yard and warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pull, stage, and load customer orders from the yard and warehouse
  • Coordinate timely staging of products to meet job-ready delivery dates
  • Safely operate and maintain a forklift (certification provided on site)
  • Load, organize, and secure trucks for shipment
  • Maintain organized finished goods inventory and installation supplies
  • Process and distribute paperwork accurately
  • Support yard and warehouse cleanliness and organization
  • Repackage product and assist with cleanup and preventative maintenance
  • Cross-train and support other areas of the site as needed
  • Follow all safety procedures, participate in safety trainings, and identify unsafe conditions

Job Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of forklift operating experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
