Pay rate: $14.00 - $14.50 per hour

Shift:   6:00am - 6:00pm or 6:00pm to 6:00am 

Part time schedule is available.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Palletizing, stacking, sealing, and inspection of Hershey Products. Prepare shipments. Observing all safety procedures Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and good housekeeping practices.

About the Company: The Hershey Company Robinson plant is a non-union plant producing products such as PayDay, Heath, Skor, Milk Duds, Whoppers, and Reese’s Pieces, in a high-speed complex environment. As a Production Associate, you will work in a variety of roles in processing and packaging within the plant. Associates are responsible for maintaining our highest quality of food safety standards, sanitation standards, and production and packaging requirements.  

Job Requirements:

Must have High School Diploma or GED.

Ability to read and write English.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs Work from heights and in confined spaces.

Repetitive use of hands, wrists, and forearms.

Work in variable temperatures (60-100 degrees Fahrenheit)

Walking and standing for the majority of the shift Reaching, bending, stooping, and crawling.
