Familiar with painting techniques and knowledge of painting tools.

Job description:
Set up and operate painting equipment to coat metal products.
Operate spray guns, position nozzles to direct spray onto work piece, and regulate air pressure in spray guns that atomize spray.
Determine flow and viscosity of paints and quality of coating visually or by use of viscometer.
Cleaning and adjusting equipment to ensure air and paint flow to product.
Wears required safety equipment, including appropriate respirator, coveralls, shoes, and safety glasses where required

Job Duties for Machinists:
Operates and maintains lathes and milling machines.
Review drawings or samples to ensure accurate production.
Take accurate measurements for cutting/shaping tasks using appropriate machine settings.
Monitor machine while working to adjust the feed, maintain temperature, and identify issues.
Check output to ensure consistency with specifications and discard defects.
Keep records of approved and defective units for final products.

Job Requirements:
Job Qualifications for Machinists:
One year experience as a machinist (running/operating mill or lathe) in an industrial setting
Experience in using and/or programming manual, semi-automated or automatic tools and machines (lathes, grinders, ect.)
Ability to use precision tools.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
Perform Quality checks to ensure compliancy for part specifications.
