About the job:

The mixing operator is responsible for making batches of material in accordance with customer/employer specifications. Other tasks include: weighing material, cleaning mixing area, trouble shooting problems, moving material to work station via forklift, completing necessary paperwork, etc.

Shift Details:  Afternoon - Evening Shift Monday - Friday 3:30pm-2:00am

Pay Details: $23.25 per hour - 2 hours of scheduled Overtime daily.

Job Requirements:

- GED or High School Diploma.

- AT LEAST 1 year of experience operating a forklift in a warehouse environment is highly preferred.

- Longevity in prior roles is a must.

- Manufacturing experience is highly preferred.

- A clean, up to date resume with detailed information on prior roles is required.

Recycling company working in support of a major manufacturing facility in Princeton, IN is looking for a dedicated Lead for their Night Shift crew. At least 2 years experience in leadership are required for this role. This is considered a working lead role, and candidates should expect to work in support of the operation onsite on a daily basis, filling needs as required. Applicants should also have prior forklift experience, preferably in a warehouse/production environment. This is a physical role and will require occasional lifting and moving of heavy material in addition to forklift/tugger operation.
