Job Duties:

• Setting up the feeder side of the machine to fit the different size parts
• Unjamming when there is a jam up
• Empty trash buckets
• Clean everything off the floor. wrappers, gloves, whatever
• Red rags go in garbage can in bathroom.
• Keep the parts table clean and organized.
• Clean off Grinder carts on top and underneath
• Empty scrap
• Clean out grinder tray front and back
• Clean out the pipes
• Wipe down the pipes
• Lift up matts and clean underneath them
• Vacuum all water off floor
• Keep area clean and organized
• Assist in wheel changes
• Clean out machine when wheels are out
• Clean out the bolt holes on backup plates for grinder wheels
• Changeover wheels on plates
• Be able to stand on feet all day
• Load parts into a machine at a steady pace
• Learn with Grinder to set up machine over time
• Keep an organized and clean work area

• In-depth understanding of press machine

• Prior experience using Open Back Press (OBI) 

• Excellent physical strength and stamina

Material Handler

Shift: 2pm-11pm M-F (with occasional Saturdays)

Job Responsibilities:

• Unloading inbound raw material / work-in-process efficiently and accurately
• Storing inbound raw material / work-in-process into proper storage locations
• Accurately pulling raw material / work-in-process and delivering to equipment as needed
• Creating shippers and loading trucks using the fork truck
• Safely operating and daily safety checklist of fork truck
• Keeping work area and fork truck clean and orderly
• Communicating with supervisors regarding any issues or concerns
• Performing other duties and tasks not listed as requested by supervisors

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 to 75lbs
• Must be able to sit for long periods of time
• Must be capable of safely operating / driving a fork truck
• Must be able to constantly bend, reach, climb, and stand throughout shift
