HR SUPPORT TROY OHIO- Creole and Spanish Translator
PAY RATE $25.00 PER HOUR
Shift: 1st shift- 8am-5pm
Assist non-English speaking associates with the new hire application process and guiding them through the necessary steps.
- Serve as a translator during interviews, between hiring managers and non-English speaking candidates.
- Support the Human Resources new hire orientation by delivering translations of important information and ensuring the understanding of policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Provide ongoing language support to new hires during their onboarding process, addressing any questions or concerns that may arise.
- Translate departmental documents, such as policies, guidelines, and training materials, to ensure that all associates have access to critical information.
