Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile general ledger (G/L) accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date accounts payable files.
• Ensure accurate coding and timely entry of financial transactions.
• Promptly and accurately process invoices for payment.
• Issue payments in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Respond to vendor inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
