We are seeking a highly organized and bilingual HR Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to our HR Director and Human Resources department. This role plays a key part in supporting employees, managing HR systems, and assisting with special projects that help drive a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the HR Director and Human Resources team
• Assist employees with HR-related questions and ADP HRIS system support
• Provide ADP assistance specifically to Spanish-speaking employees
• Perform occasional Spanish translation and interpretation of HR communications

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Entry-Level Custodian to help maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment across our facilities. Key Responsibilities

• Clean and supply designated building areas including restrooms, breakrooms, offices, conference rooms, parking lots, and general workspaces
• Perform daily custodial tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, window cleaning, emptying trash, and replacing sticky mats
• Perform routine deep cleaning throughout facilities as assigned
• Conduct quarterly maintenance including carpet deep cleaning and floor waxing

• Ensure cleanliness of Production Areas throughout the day as needed or directed by the Facilities Custodial Supervisor or Facilities Manager
• Run floor sweeper daily to clean warehouse floors
• Assist Warehouse team with icing and packing shipments as directed by Supervisor

This role involves assisting with composite processes such as resin mixing, pre-pregging, lamination, CNC cutting, and kitting, while ensuring all work meets safety, quality, and production standards. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the manufacturing of composite materials using various processes, including resin mixing, pre-pregging, lamination, CNC cutting, and kitting
• Support the setup and operation of production lines such as fiber processing, resin mixing, or prepreg lines under supervision
• Operate basic production equipment and tools in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Safely handle chemicals, resins, and composite materials in compliance with Safety Data Sheets (SDS)
• Use required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety policies and procedures
• Monitor material flow and report any production or quality issues to supervisors
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with general production tasks as assigned to support workflow and delivery schedules
