Sanitation

Schedule: Rotating work week schedule and must be open to working weekends, hours are 3pm-3:30am 

Pay: $19/hr

• Disassemble, sanitize, and reassemble food processing equipment
• Dispose of waste along the assembly line
• Sweep and mop the floors
• Dust ventilation ducts to ensure proper airflow
• Refill soap and hand towels in the bathrooms
• Report potential issues to management
• Washes containers, vessels, utensils, processing equipment and parts
• Ensures that residual material is removed and that the equipment is thoroughly cleaned
• Rinses washed equipment thoroughly to remove soap residue
• Stores clean equipment on a manner that prevents contamination
• Labels cleaned equipment with identification that indicates the equipment is clean

Job Requirements:

• Pre-employment screenings 
• Resume needed and interview with client
• Previous background in sanitation lead 
• Knowledge of standard methods, practices, tools and equipment of sanitation service
• Ability to communicate efficiently with Supervisor/Leads
• Great attendance and punctuality 
• Ability to communicate and read labels in English (Bilingual a plus)
• Lift up to 50lbs, stand, bend, and reach

Manufacturing Facilities Maintenance Mechanic

A large formulator and manufacturer of nutritional bar and functional powder products is seeking for a maintenance mechanic to join their team. This position requires an individual to perform maintenance and repair work on various production equipment and other facility related machinery in a food plant environment while requiring moderate supervision.

Schedule: 3:00am-3:30pm rotating schedule, and weekends.

Pay: $25-$32/hour

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs basic repairs on plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems
• Troubleshoot, repair and maintain electrical and mechanical equipment
• Direct and participate in facility plumbing repairs
• Troubleshoots and performs minor electrical maintenance to include but not limited to replacement or repair of fixtures
• Maintenance Technician-Mechanic will be responsible for the preventive maintenance of all site HVAC equipment by performing the majority of the PM activities
• Will be required to document daily activities, work order resolution, equipment maintenance and repair activities, inventory tracking, warehouse activity
• Areas of responsibility include all preventive and reactive building and site maintenance
• Manage vendors and recommend improvements
• Follow all code and regulatory requirements
• Complete documents as required by department guidelines
• Practices and follow safety requirements
• Comply with all SOP’s and GMP’s 

Job Requirements:

Required Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Trade school certification or associate’s degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years maintenance manufacturing experience including heavy equipment repair
• Knowledge to perform manufacturing and facilities repairs, including manufacturing equipment changeovers
• Ability to use hand tools
• Ability to multi-task and efficiently handle multiple priorities
• Able to work in a team environment
• Able to lift up to 50lbs
