This client is committed to designing and manufacturing high-quality bicycle components that enhance performance and durability. To maintain our industry-leading standards, we are seeking a Tooling Maintenance Technician to oversee the precision and reliability of our tooling systems.
Tooling Maintenance Technician Responsibilities
- Mold & Tooling Preparation – Set up and prepare new molds for production.
- Preventative Maintenance (PMs) – Conduct routine maintenance to ensure peak performance.
- Process Monitoring & Quality Control – Track deviations, analyze trends, and maintain accurate production records.
- Repair & Troubleshooting – Diagnose and fix mold/tooling issues to minimize downtime.
- Cross-Training & Documentation – Maintain records and participate in training initiatives to support departmental growth.

Job Requirements:

Experience in mold/tooling maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing setting.

Position Overview
We are seeking a Paint Preparers to support our production team by preparing bicycle frames and components for painting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in their workmanship.
Paint Prep Technician Responsibilities

Clean and prep bicycle frames and components for painting

Sand, mask, and apply primer to ensure a smooth finish

Inspect surfaces for imperfections and correct them before painting

Work closely with the paint team to maintain color consistency and quality

Follow safety protocols when handling paints and chemicals

Composite Assembler Responsibilities
