Now Hiring! Entry Level Blenders or Machine Operators

 

Blenders will be weighing and blending various plastic materials to  make vinyl fencing panels. Able to lift up to 40lbs and work a 12 hour shift. Will be moving product with a sit-down forklift as well. 

 

Non-rotating, 12-hour shifts.

Day Shift:6:45 pm. to 7:00am  pay is $16.00

Night shift: 6:45 pm. to 7:00am  pay is $17.00

 Pay increase after hire.

Job Requirements:

  • Sit-down forklift experience needed 
  • Able to work 12 hour shifts 
  • Able to work weekends 
  • Attendance is key 
  • Able to follow instructions

Roles and reasonability's Oxy-Fuel or Plasma cut steel plate to customers specifications and requirements. Program parts out of the shape library or download database Identifying material thickness, grade, heat, slab and mill to match order.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Reading and writing proficiency Understanding of math, fractions, and decimals
  • read tape measure and computer literate
  • Previous experience cutting steel 
  • Knowledge of steel grades 
  • Previous experience with either oxy-fuel or plasma cutting 
  • Steel toed boots required 
  • Able to stay on task and follow instructions 
  • Attendance is key for this role

Maintenance Job Duties:

  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on manufacturing equipment and machinery to maintain their optimal performance. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues as they arise.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Implement and adhere to preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and extend the lifespan of machinery and equipment.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure that all maintenance work is conducted in strict adherence to safety regulations and guidelines, promoting a safe work environment.
