Position Overview

We are seeking a Paint Preparers to support our production team by preparing bicycle frames and components for painting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in their workmanship.

Paint Prep Technician Responsibilities

  • Clean and prep bicycle frames and components for painting

  • Sand, mask, and apply primer to ensure a smooth finish

  • Inspect surfaces for imperfections and correct them before painting

  • Work closely with the paint team to maintain color consistency and quality

  • Follow safety protocols when handling paints and chemicals

Job Requirements:

Tooling Maintenance Technician Responsibilities

  • Mold & Tooling Preparation – Set up and prepare new molds for production.
  • Preventative Maintenance (PMs) – Conduct routine maintenance to ensure peak performance.
  • Process Monitoring & Quality Control – Track deviations, analyze trends, and maintain accurate production records.
  • Repair & Troubleshooting – Diagnose and fix mold/tooling issues to minimize downtime.

Lab Technician Responsibilities:

  • Update product test codes in LIMS to reflect current testing needs.

  • Align test codes in D365 with LIMS to ensure accurate data transfer.

  • Revise Product Data Sheets to match updated product and test info.

  • Work with other teams to gather the latest testing requirements.

  • Keep records of system changes for accuracy and audits.

  • Help test and improve LIMS and D365 workflows.

  • Provide basic support or guidance to teammates using the systems.

  • Complete other tasks as assigned by the LIMS administrator.

Pay $24 Per Hour

Shift 10am-6:30pm 

We're looking for a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician to support our production team by keeping equipment operating efficiently and facilities running smoothly. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, enjoys problem-solving, and values teamwork.

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine equipment inspections, lubrication, and diagnostics

  • Execute preventative maintenance plans and respond to urgent repair needs

  • Maintain boiler operations and oversee key facility systems (HVAC, plumbing, etc.)

  • Install, program, and repair mechanical and electronic production equipment

  • Collaborate with outside contractors and production teams on repairs and upgrades

  • Maintain critical inventory of parts and supplies, and procure replacements as needed

  • Keep maintenance areas organized and compliant with GMP/ISO standards

  • Assist with facility remodeling and production handling when required

Job Requirements:

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)

  • 3–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting

  • Familiarity with PLCs, welding (preferably stainless steel), HVAC, and industrial electrical systems

  • Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot using electronic test equipment

  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and boiler certification (preferred)

  • Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented mindset

  • Willingness to be on-call during production hours
