• Weekly pay 

Responsible for machining accurate parts per sketches, prints, and/or verbal instructions. Operate and set up machines, such as (mills, lathes, and grinders). Checks and inspects machining operations against specified tolerances. TIG welding small parts with a high degree of quality and durability.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years TIG, mill, lathe, & grinder experience.
• Read, Interpret CAD Drawings and Hand Sketches.
• Capable of running mills, lathes, and grinders proficiently.
• Must have previous experience with operating tool room machinery.
• Makes own set-ups on Mills, Lathes, Grinders.
• Capable of TIG welding at a high level of accuracy.
• Requires written and verbal English language skills and basic four function math skills. 
• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent experiences.
• Able to work from written and verbal instructions.

• Perform equipment set-up, operation, and in-process inspection in order to accomplish assigned task(s).

Education:

• High school or equivalent with two or more years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in low or high-volume production

Required Experience:

• Hands-on experience in medical device manufacturing or prototyping experience.
• Prior microscope and medical assembly experience required
• Understand and perform in-process inspection to assure workmanship and quality of in-process medical devices.
