Manufacturing company in San Diego is looking for a strong customer service rep to join their growing team. 

• Monday-Friday 8am-5pm 
• Onsite/full time position
• $24/hr.

Responsibilities:

Enter and accurately process high volume of daily orders (75-150 daily) into our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) database system.

Identify any discrepancies or potential obstacles that could impact on-time delivery to effectively communicate with the customer for a timely resolution.

Consistently meet or exceed productivity and quality expectations to support legendary service targets and surpass customer satisfaction; appropriately escalate any roadblocks that could affect those goals.

Confidently navigate multiple system applications to deliver legendary service in every interaction throughout the order life cycle.

Provide exceptional service to customers over the phone and via email to place new orders and provide availability and delivery information.

Job Requirements:

2+ years manufacturing customer service experience required.

Warehouse Associate needed in Miramar San Diego area.

• 1st shift Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
• $21/hr.
• Temp to hire
• Weekly pay

Key Responsibilities: Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with accuracy and efficiency. Prepare shipping labels and verify order details. Maintain a clean and organized shipping and warehouse area. Assist with loading and unloading shipments as needed. Support inventory organization and stock handling. Follow all warehouse safety procedures. Assemble equipment and use of hand tools.

Job Requirements:

1+ years shipping and receiving experience. Mechanically inclined. Ability to use hand and power tools.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble of medical devices using a microscope and use production/inspection tools and equipment needed for product builds
• Operate tools & equipment, and complete documentation as required
• Perform equipment set-up, operation, and in-process inspection in order to accomplish assigned task(s).
• Labeling and packaging of medical products. 

Education:

• High school or equivalent with two or more years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in low or high-volume production

Required Experience:

• Prior microscope and medical device assembly experience required
• Understand and perform in-process inspection to assure workmanship and quality of in-process medical devices.
