Oceanside, California

We are seeking a Quality Control Clerk for a full-time, temp-to-hire role on the 1st shift 6am-2:30pm AND 2nd shift 2pm-10:30pm Monday-Friday in Oceanside/Carlsbad, CA $20/hr. In this position, you will inspect products for defects, ensure quality standards are met, and help maintain a smooth production process.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual inspections of products to identify defects or irregularities
• Document inspection results clearly and accurately
• Follow established quality procedures and guidelines
• Communicate any quality concerns to supervisors or production staff
• Use of measuring devices such as calipers, gauges, etc.
• Support production as needed to ensure workflow efficiency

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic computer or documentation skills
• Ability to stand for the majority of the shift and perform repetitive tasks
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Previous quality control/inspection experience required
