CNC Swiss Screw Set up Machinists needed in El Cajon, CA.

• 2nd shift 2:30pm-11pm Monday-Friday+ overtime
• $30-$40/hr. DOE

Responsibilities: 

This role is responsible for both setup and operation of Citizen L12 CNC machines to produce small, high-precision components. Set up and operate Citizen L12 CNC machines. Interpret blueprints, CAD models, and setup sheets to ensure accurate machining and part conformance. Select and install appropriate tooling, fixtures, and machine offsets for each job. Perform first-article inspections and make necessary adjustments to ensure compliance with specifications. Troubleshoot and resolve setup and machining issues.

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 5–7 years of CNC machining experience, with at least 3 years operating and setting up Swiss-style CNC machines

Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and GD&T

Strong experience with Citizen, Nakamura, Star, or Tsugami machines

We are seeking a Quality Control Clerk for a full-time, temp-to-hire role on the 1st shift 6am-2:30pm AND 2nd shift 2pm-10:30pm Monday-Friday in Oceanside, CA $20/hr. In this position, you will inspect products for defects, ensure quality standards are met, and help maintain a smooth production process.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual inspections of products to identify defects or irregularities
• Document inspection results clearly and accurately
• Follow established quality procedures and guidelines
• Communicate any quality concerns to supervisors or production staff
• Support production as needed to ensure workflow efficiency

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic computer or documentation skills
• Ability to stand for the majority of the shift and perform repetitive tasks
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• High school or equivalent with two or more years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in low or high-volume production

Preferred Experience:

• Prior microscope and medical device assembly experience preferred.
• Understand and perform in-process inspection to assure workmanship and quality of in-process medical devices.
