Responsibilities:

Serve as first point of contact for all HR questions.

Maintain a friendly, respectful, courteous, and professional demeanor at all times, while providing CONFIDENTIALITY and personalized helpfulness to all employees.

Ensure employees are taking their lunch and break to maintain compliance with federal and state laws as well as adjusting any time clock errors.

Manage daily emails to respond to manager employees’ needs

Maintains current and necessary paperwork for employee trainings and safety protocols.

Provide assistance to other team members and departments to contribute to the best overall performance of the department and communicate effectively with fellow team members.

Assists and serves as back up for processing and submitting Payroll.

Provide assistance to all employees with questions regarding benefits, policies, and TIC Company programs.

Job Requirements:

2+ years HR Admin experience required.

Strong verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual (English and Spanish) required.

Proficient in use of MS Office, Word, and advanced Excel skills

Responsibilities: 

• Assemble components to a final configured product utilizing process instructions, engineering documentation (assembly drawings, wire lists, etc.), specialized tooling and fixtures, measuring equipment, and hand tools.
• Reads and interprets assembly drawings, parts lists, operations sheets and visual aids. Make recommendations for changes to improve build processes.
• Perform any rework from test failures in accordance with standard repair procedures. May also incorporate ECN's into completed boards.
• Prep and insert electronic components onto circuit boards, hand solder components onto circuit boards, touch up and rework circuit boards.

Job Requirements:

• Must require a minimum of 3 - 5 years of related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must possess good to excellent assembly blueprint reading experience/skills.
• Must be able to use hand tools (i.e. torque wrench, drills and inspection tools).
• Ability to properly read a variety of measuring devices including rulers, tape measures, and scales.

Responsibilities: 

• Calibrate, align, adjust, and perform final functional test for each unit for customer shipment. Working from specifications, test procedures, data sheets, engineering drawings, wiring diagrams/schematics, and/or verbal instruction.
• Log production test data, including but not limited to, work order, model number, serial number, test status (pass/fail), and failure mode.
• Diagnose and determine cause and remedy for defective assemblies, parts and/or components; identify, characterize, and document defects to ensure reproducibility of documented defect.
• Troubleshoot to component level for both analog and digital circuitry.
• Report increased trends in failures to appropriate parties, initiating root-cause investigations.
• Perform physical inspection of product to ensure compliance to specification and cosmetic requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Must require 3+ years of related experience.
• Experience in production test and troubleshooting environment. 
• Requires a solid background in testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of electromechanical equipment to the component level.
• Experience working with standard test equipment such as oscilloscopes, RMS meters, high power conversion equipment, etc. 
• Must be able to identify both surface mount and through-hole components, including component values/color-coding.
• Requires use of mechanical hand tools on a regular basis.
• Must perform moderately complex math and be able to read, understand, and adhere to technical documents and procedures.
• Electronic Technician Certificate and/or AS Degree in Electronic Engineering is preferred

The Shipping and Receiving Clerk ensures that all necessary parts, supplies, and materials are received and shipped in a timely and accurate manner. They are responsible for supporting warehouse operations by counting and inventorying items, stocking inventory items in an organized manner, receiving and checking the contents of packages against packing lists / manifests, ensure commercial invoices, BOL’s and all logistics documents are accurate for shipments. Additionally will be driving company vehicle to do deliveries.  

Job Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in shipping & receiving required with import and export documentations.
• Prior experience operating forklifts in a warehouse environment including tight spaces and high lifts, required.
• Basic computer skills required to accurately gather and input data from computer systems
• Physically able to stand, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, twist, lift, push, pull, climb, balance, crouch, handle, carry and move items up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Operate both stand-up and sit-down forklifts.
