Production / Machine Operator

  • Location: McCook, IL
  • Pay: $16.00–$20.00/hour (Based on experience)
  • Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Overtime Available

Available Shifts:

  • 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (Saturday OT: 6:00 AM–11:00 AM)
  • 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM–12:00 Midnight (Saturday OT: 11:00 AM–5:00 PM)

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Production & Quality: Manufacture quality parts to specs. Verify output hourly using first-piece samples, gauges, and inspection tools. Complete all required operator check sheets.
  • Data Tracking: Accurately log production time, total output, and inspections in the tracking system. Maintain required production rates.
  • Safety & Hazards: Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe. Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and immediately report unsafe conditions or equipment concerns to a supervisor.
  • Compliance: Follow all company rules, code of conduct, and ethics policies. Maintain awareness of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 quality and environmental standards.
  • Flexibility: Participate in compliance initiatives and perform additional operational tasks as assigned based on business needs.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or machine operation is a plus
