  • PCB Test Technician

    Location: Chatsworth, CA Base Pay: 25.00 per HOUR

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • · Operate ATG test equipment using customer parameters (per local work instructions) and preparing and providing test cert for product passing electrical test • · Use of computer to log jobs in and out of Pro-Cim and detail rejects • · Operate Micro-craft machine using program provided by CAM and providing cert or print outs of passed product • · Cross train to operate manual TDR machine using print for customer requirement or locations and provide print outs of passed product • · Able to measure leakage using Fluke multimeter • · Operate Hi pot (dielectric withstanding voltage) machine to check for leakage • · Able to bench test and validate defects found by ATG tester using hand fluke meter • · Process test files through DPS software for use on the ATG testers • · Locate and verify defects using DPS software • · Change test probes on the TDR and tester as required • · Calibrate tester per schedule and/or when probes are changed • · Change relays on the ATGs as required • · Follow work schedule on e-Harbor schedule • · Work overtime as required • · And other duties as assigned Education and/or Experience: • · Basic computer skills required • · 1 year of experience in printed circuit board manufacturing is preferable in test or TDR areas/ trainee acceptable • · Able to speak, write and read English • · Able to communicate with co-workers and production personnel regarding job status and department pass down Physical Requirements: • · Lift minimum of 15 lbs • · Stand all day: Operation of the ATG testers and hi-pot equipment is typically done in a standing position

    Position Description:

    Responsible to cycle count warehouse, prepare batch reports and investigate inventory discrepancies. Responsible to investigate and resolve inventory that is in soft location, negative and loose quantities.

     Essential Functions (Key Job Responsibilities for which the position is held accountable):

    • Cycle count warehouses 2 times a year, prepare cycle count batch reports. 
    • This includes using a forklift to move pallets, using a cherry picker for higher locations and lifting chemical drums to count and weigh chemicals.
    • Cycle count at request of Production, Planning or Finance.
    • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
    • Assist with customer physical inventories and with items that need adjustments monthly.
    • Nonessential Functions: (These are job responsibilities which may occur on an occasional basis, but are not essential to performing the job).

    Functions

    • Pulls customer orders and prepares them for shipment.
    • Loads/unloads trucks.
    • Processes small packages (UPS, FEDEX).

    QA Inspectors are responsible for performing inspections on packaged materials, and finished goods per approved methods, procedures and specifications. Incoming packaging inspectors interface with purchasing and packaging engineer and in some cases customers and vendors to resolve quality issues with incoming packaging. Finished goods inspectors interact with all levels of production management in assuring that finished goods meet required quality standards
