ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Under supervision, sets up and operates different types of equipment used to weld metal cabinets and other related products.
- Plans details of working procedure, tools, and material requirements.
- Welds sheet metal using different welding positions (flat, overhead, vertical, etc.).
- Cleans and prepares surfaces (including sanding) to be welded.
- Uses cutting torch equipment to dismantle assemblies and to cut material to size and shape.
- Builds up worn or defective surfaces.
- Keeps equipment and work area clean and orderly.
- Works from blueprint, engineering specifications and production schedules.
- Upon completion of welding operations, assists other areas as needed.

Job Requirements:
Technical Competencies:
• High school or equivalent education preferred.
• 1+ year of MIG Welding experience.
• Production welding with sheet metal experience preferred.
• Must demonstrate the capability of welding sheet metal products by passing welding test.
• Proficient in reading and understanding blueprints.
• Available and willing to work extended hours and/or weekends as production demands dictates.

Position: Mechanical Assembler
Location: Simi Valley, CA
Shift & Pay
2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:30 PM, plus Saturdays
Pay Rate: $22.80 per hour/ earn up to $34.20/ hour with overtime!
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- Must be available to work up to 12-hour shifts as needed
Job Responsibilities
- Assemble metal panels and components to build metal storage cabinets.
- Use power tools and assembly equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
- Report equipment issues, malfunctions, or defective parts to supervisors.

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Electronics RF Technician. You will be a proactive, hands-on team player responsible for testing, tuning, and troubleshooting complex digital, analog, and RF circuitry down to the component level.
- Support the production line by performing electronic testing on units, sub-assemblies, and customer returns (RMAs).
- Operate complex test equipment including Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, and Network Analyzers.
- Test, tune, and troubleshoot RF Optical Fiber units, isolating technical issues to the specific component level.
- Perform precision rework, soldering, and assembly of optical components such as fiber cables, lasers, and photodiodes.
- Conduct Environmental/ESS testing (spanning -40C to 80C) and meticulously log data for analysis.
- Provide technical assistance to Engineering for out-of-box failures and help set up or modify new product test stations.

Hours: 1:30pm - 10:00pm
• Performs and documents a wide variety of inspections, checks, and sampling procedures during the production process
• Performs and documents environmental monitoring sampling procedures during and prior to the production process.
• Inspects and approves equipment, material and products at different stages of production
• Records observations for improving processes or non-compliances based on current standard operating procedures and practices
• Receives, identifies, and collects samples of incoming raw materials, components, and finished products and reviews shipments against Bill of Lading, packing slips, inspection paperwork, as well as certificate of analysis or compliance
• Inspects and verifies outgoing shipments for accuracy
• Releases and issues labels for production
• Performs line clearance and inspects processing area for removal of all previous product, components and foreign materials.
• Monitors the equipment to ensure proper operation and calibration
• Monitors all aspects of the manufacturing/packaging operations and reports non conformances to the Supervisor or Manager
• Experience in food/pharmaceutical/nutraceutical processing operations, FDA regulated industry, or combination of experience, education, and training that provides the level of knowledge, skills, and experience needed to successful perform the job (preferred)
