Job Requirements

• Minimum 12 months relevant HVAC experience
• Basic math
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude
• Ability to identify problems
• Able to multi-task
• Attention to detail
• Able to read ruler/tape measure
• Basic computer skills

Job Responsibilities

• • Inspect, repackage, and credit items returned for credit
    • Perform repairs on equipment including air movers and dehumidifiers
    • Call customers and obtain repair authorizations
    • Ensure repairs are completely timely
    • Follow-up calls with customers on the service they received
    • Process spare parts orders and service inventory counts
    • Package repairs for return shipment
    • Document condition of items received for repair
    • Troubleshoot equipment received for repair
    • Provide repair quotes for non-warranty repairs
    • Obtain customer approval for non-warranty repairs and/or disposition of product should the repair declined
    • Repair & package warranty and non-warranty equipment
    • Processing replacement orders for repaired equipment being sent back to customers
    • Deliver repaired equipment to shipping department
