• 1st - 6:45am - 3:15pm - $16.00
• 2nd - 2:45pm - 11:15pm - $16.50
• 3rd - 10:45pm - 7:15am - $17.00

• Up to a $2.00 increase possible after you obtain production skills.

Pick / Pack Job Description:

• Pick and pack food on production lines
• Quality checking of food production
• Eye for detailed product inspections
• Cleaning up boxes/trash and general cleaning
• Sanitation of production lines and equipment
• Measuring food products
• Ability to work as part of a team

Job Requirements:

Requirements:

• No High School Diploma or GED required
• No prior manufacturing, production, or factory experience needed to start
• No previous experience required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand, stoop and bend.

ResourceMFG currently has entry level Pick / Pack positions available in a manufacturing environment in Murfreesboro, TN.  Work in a great environment and get rewarded with pay increases as you learn new skills. 

Shift and Pay Information:  

• 3rd shift - 11:00pm - 7:00am     $17.00 an hour
• Up to a $2.00 increase in skill pay 
• Double Time on Sunday if you work 7.5 hours Monday – Monday (Example: $34 an hour on 3^rd shift if you qualify!
