Essential Responsibilities

• Demonstrate proficiency in core Warehouse Associate duties.

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hoists, and other material handling equipment safely.

• Move, load, unload, and store materials throughout the warehouse.

• Perform picking, packing, counting, checking, and inventory tasks.

• Follow written and verbal instructions accurately.

• Monitor and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area; report safety issues to a supervisor.

• Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules.

• Identify and report quality issues immediately to a lead or supervisor.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Ability to walk, stand, sit, climb in/out of a forklift, see, hear, and speak for extended periods.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.

• Exposure to allergens, including peanuts, may occur.

• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks as part of daily tasks.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of forklift operating experience.

• Proven ability to operate a forklift safely.

• Must be able to pass periodic random drug screenings.

Will be working 2-2-3 schedule every other weekend. 

We are seeking Production workers to join our production team. Associates are responsible for assembling and packing pails or lids, as well as correctly installing handles or triggers in a timely manner. Attention to detail and a strong focus on quality are essential to meet our customer’s standards. The ideal candidate is flexible, able to multitask, and can follow both written and verbal instructions.

Essential Functions:

• Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.

• Install triggers, gaskets, tampers, vent plugs, and metal/plastic spouts or handles manually or using an installer device.

• Apply silicone to lids using a brush when required.

• Identify and stop product that does not meet quality standards before packing.

• Use a tape gun to assemble boxes for lids when needed.

• Operate the Child Warning Stamper to apply labels to pails.

• Complete all required production paperwork, including counts and rejects for the shift.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Flexibility and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, but not required.

The entry-level Quality Technician responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the tasks outlined below:

Process Support · Developing new and maintaining or improving existing manufacturing processes with a focus on SAFETY, QUALITY, DELIVERY, and COST (SQDC).

· Creating and managing project plans (tasks, resources, schedules) for process development activities.

· Providing ROI justification for process/equipment improvements and upgrades.

· Specifying, identifying and procuring new manufacturing equipment for production readiness and preparing equipment for production.

· Developing and optimizing process parameters.

· Developing/revising process documentation and work instructions.

Factory Support · Monitoring process yields, cost, and process stability and capability.

· Recommending and implementing quality improvements based on the above metrics.

· Creating, validating and maintaining automatic equipment programs.

· Solving of manufacturing problems (related to materials, designs, equipment, people) in a timely manner.

· Assisting with the training of new personnel and participating in the design of operator training materials.

· Supporting factory maintenance personnel with the troubleshooting and repair of process equipment.

Basic Qualifications: · Associate and/or Bachelor's degree, preferred.

Relevant work experience considered

· CAD (e.g. Autodesk suite or Solidworks).

· Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).

· ERP systems (JDE), creation of product codes, routings.

· Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Statistical Process Control (SPC), and 6 sigma concepts for process development.

· Fluency in MS Office software applications.

• Ensure compliance of our OSHA, USDA, FDA, SQF, an HAACP policies.

• Continually ensures and oversees the cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance of the equipment, area sanitation, and housekeeping procedures to ensure compliance with established internal programs and regulatory codes.
• Manage waste and ensure efficient use of materials
• Maintain communication between employees and senior management to ensure procedures and policies are well-understood.
• Maintains production tracking records, reports, and spreadsheets to provide information and data for monthly reporting of production efficiency and monthly KPI’s.
• Responsible for the scheduling of all production personnel, approving vacation requests, and arranges for coverage. Posts the weekly schedule for employees, updates schedules and time off requests daily. Updates HR manager with any time discrepancies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to listen effectively, respond appropriately, and maintain mutual comfort level while relating to a diverse workforce.
