ResourceMFG is looking for Driver Helpers. 

Starting at $20-$22.00 an hour

The Driver Helper supports the driver with all day-to-day delivery activities. This includes riding along on the route, assisting with loading and unloading freight, navigating to delivery locations, and performing additional tasks as needed to ensure efficient and safe operations.

Responsibilities

• Accurately load daily route onto the truck.

• Scan all route items onto the truck.

• Assist the driver with navigating to delivery destinations.

• Help carry and deliver freight into business or residential locations.

• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to read maps and basic geographic knowledge of the area.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.

• Frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, bending, and overhead lifting.

• Regularly lift/move up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to use pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided if needed).

• Regular use of phone, PC, and handling of shipping documents.

Packaging Associate Job Duties:

• Quickly and efficiently assemble components, which can include but not limited to capping bottles, repacking bottles and/or building kits of multiple components to ensure production levels are maintained.
• May work individually or as part of an assembly line to complete the process, in which case must communicate with other team members on the production line to ensure speed and accuracy to meet established metrics.
• Accurately record daily production with limited use of company ERP system.
• Inform supervisors of any part or equipment defects to ensure prompt response to the problem.
• Maintain an efficient and orderly production room while following all company and facility safety policies, procedures, and guidelines and immediately reporting potentially hazardous situations.

Skilled Warehouse Associate:

• Pay Rate: $22-24 hour based on experience

• Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am- 5pm

Job Responsibilities and Preferred Experience

• Perform tasks associated with the receipt, storage, shipment and fabrication of product and materials
• Process daily orders by picking materials and building pallets for shipment
• Maintain storage area by organizing floor space, adhering to storage design principles, recommending improvements, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards
• Load and unload trucks
• Handle customer pickups
• Operate CNC saw (training provided)
