About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing & Logistics Coordinator to manage purchasing, supplier communication, shipping/receiving, and inventory support. This role ensures materials are sourced on time, cost-effectively, and in support of smooth production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Purchase materials, supplies, and services based on production needs

• Issue and track purchase orders; identify new suppliers and alternatives

• Prepare shipping documents (including international) and obtain freight quotes

• Receive incoming materials and enter all receipts into the ERP system

• Maintain inventory levels, safety stock, and support cycle counts

• Use ERP tools to streamline purchasing and logistics processes

• Support continuous improvement and Lean initiatives

• Maintain accurate records and follow organizational procedures

Job Requirements:

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s preferred

• 3+ years of purchasing or supply chain experience

• Shipping/logistics experience required

• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills

• Prior ERP experience is a plus

Position Summary

The Machine Operator will work within a fabrication and production environment, operating various forms of metalworking equipment. This position includes machine setup, production operation, quality inspections, and basic equipment maintenance. Key Responsibilities

• Operate and set up fabrication machinery, including roll bending, tube bending, shearing, brake forming, sawing, and plate rolling equipment.

• Assist with programming or adjusting machine settings to meet production specifications.

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to determine proper setup and material requirements.

• Perform machine setup, run production parts, and complete routine maintenance tasks.

• Inspect finished products using appropriate measuring tools to ensure accuracy and quality.

• Maintain production logs and report operational issues to supervisors promptly.

• Coordinate workflow with team members to ensure efficient production processes.

• Follow all safety policies and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Preferred:

• 1+ years of experience in a metal fabrication, machining, or industrial manufacturing environment

• Experience setting up or programming bending or rolling machines

Job Title: Journeyman Electrician
Location: New Hope, MN
Pay: $36/hr – Based on Experience
Schedule: 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician to join our team in New Hope, MN. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on a wide range of production and packaging equipment. The ideal candidate has a strong background in industrial electrical systems, controls, automation, and equipment support within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and control systems for production and packaging equipment such as extruders, dryers, conveying systems, cartoners, baggers, palletizers, and similar machinery

• Partner with operations and maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues and perform preventative and predictive maintenance tasks

• Train production team members on electrical and control system components

• Maintain electrical systems in compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) standards

• Modify, add, and update electrical systems with minimal supervision

• Maintain and update control system backups, schematics, and electrical documentation

• Support capital projects from planning through implementation

• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and electrical schematics

• Perform additional related duties as assigned

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Two-year Electrical Technician degree and/or one of the following:

  • Completed apprenticeship in electro-mechanical, electrical, controls, or related field

  • Relevant military training and experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in electrical, controls, or automation roles

• Willingness to obtain CPR certification

• Ability to work weekends, holidays, rotating shifts, and overtime as needed
