Team Lead Job Responsibilities:

• Process, pick, move, stock, scan,label,and record warehouse stock productsaccurately.
• Stock according to designated inventory locations.
• Report any discrepanciesto leads.
• Prepares ordersusing scanner gun.
• Make daily deliveries to specified drop zones throughout the plant.
• Checkingquantity of product and verifying matches between purchase order numbers and partnumbers.
• Follows process to issueorderstocustomers at pick up window.
• Operate warehouse vehicles and equipmentsafely.
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.

Team Lead Job Requirements:

• Must pass a drug screen and Nationwide background check.
• Must be flexible to work any schedule, and potential daily overtime andSaturdays as needed.
• Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English required.
• Basic math skills required.
• Verbal and written communication skills required.
• Ability tostand, walk, squat, stoopand reachfor8–12-hourshifts.
• Ability to work in a non-climate controlled area.(where applicable)
• Ability to operate fork truck.(where applicable/with valid driver’s license)Ability to follow written work instructions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Associate will be responsible for picking, packing and putting away items as requested.
• Associate will be using computers to do inventory, item look ups, cycle counting, etc. 
• Associate will work at the parts window – positive demeanor with customer service in mind is required to help different departments get all parts as needed.
