We need someone with strong data entry experience that has a great eye for detail. This candidate will be working with the Warehouse Supervisor and under the CFO. Their main job will be to enter the Packing/Inventory slips that come with the deliveries into the system. They will also learn how to look up inventory to see what is on hand when a sales person calls in to see if we have the tires in stock for one of their customers as well as run weekly/monthly inventory reports. This person will also help answer company phones and any other administrative tasks like working with the CFO, accounting department and/or HR.  Pay range is $15-$17/hr DOE.

Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on production machines; able to follow diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer’s instructions, and engineering specifications; troubleshooting malfunctions. • Able to locate sources of problems by observing mechanical devices, listening for problems. • Controls downtime by informing production workers of routing preventive maintenance techniques and monitoring compliance. • Fabricates repair parts, by using machine shop instrumentation and equipment. • Maintain a safe and clean working environment while complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. • Utilize company resources in an effective manner to ensure best operating costs. • Be able to make appropriate decisions while following the company’s organizational structure. • Have the ability to learn new skills and techniques. • Needs to have the initiative to troubleshoot and respond with minimal guidance.

Prior manufacturing work experience a plus. Basic computer skills required

Education: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)

Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Demonstrated ability to communicate orally or in written form effectively with co-workers, departments and customers and vendors.
