Harvest Laborer Responsibilities:

• Harvesting cotton with picker
• Performing manual labor
• Performing routine maintenance
• Handling heavy machinery
• Ginning
• Planting cotton
• Devising strategies for harvesting or breeding

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in the farming industry
• Knowledge of farming best practices
• Able to work long hours on location
• Good communication skills
• Must be physically fit
• Excellent hand-eye coordination

Heavy Equipment Operator Core Responsibilities:

• Responsible for operating a forklift for the purpose of moving, locating, relocating, and stacking for accurate storing, shipping, and receiving of product to meet standards of safety, security, and productivity.
• Responsibility % of time Tram product from production plants including moving trailers, unloading trailers, and performing defensive receiving of product including put-a-way
• Count, Recounts, Inventory Audits
• Unload Trailers 1 Load Trailer (plan trailer load arrangement, weight distribution, and correctly block and brace)
• Perform bin cleaning and inspection
• Repack product
• Relabel product for inventory and orders
• Audit product and paperwork that has been relabeled
• Fill returnable bins
• Work with drivers on special needs such as how to load trailer and re-arranging product already on trailer
• Relocate Product in warehouse locations
• In House transfers
• Go through return area and audit product and relabel to put back into good stuck when required
