Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

We’re hiring a Material Handler to support warehouse, inventory, and production operations. Ideal for candidates with forklift or pallet jack experience looking for a stable day-shift role in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities

• Move, load, unload, and store materials in warehouse and production areas
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or electric tugs (experience preferred)
• Maintain accurate inventory and documentation
• Inspect materials and ensure quality standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Support shipping, receiving, and production flow

Requirements

• 2+ years of Material Handler, warehouse, or logistics experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Basic math and computer skills
• Industrial equipment experience preferred
• Ability to work overtime when needed

Molding Backup Shift Lead

Shifts Available: 2nd & 3rd Shift

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $19.50 – $25.00 per hour

We are looking for an experienced, reliable Molding Backup Shift Lead to support our molding operations on 2nd and/or 3rd shift. This position provides hands-on support to production, ensures safe and efficient operations, and helps maintain high quality standards across the shift.

All candidates must be available to train on 1st shift during on-boarding before transitioning to their assigned schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Assign daily work assignments and ensure proper coverage across workstations
• Provide support and leadership to molding operators throughout the shift
• Perform quality checks to confirm products meet specifications
• Complete and maintain accurate shift reports and production documentation
• Monitor workflow, identify issues, and escalate when necessary
• Train and coach employees on molding processes, quality expectations, and safety practices
• Serve as backup lead to support smooth shift operations when the primary lead is unavailable 

Required Qualifications

• Experience in injection molding operations
• Understanding of production floor workflow and manufacturing processes
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Previous Lead/Supervisor experience
