Core Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer questions, order updates, and issue resolution
- Manage customer communication via phone and email with professionalism and clarity
- Enter and manage orders through an internal order-management system
- Communicate and track production workflow, including order entry, prepress, print, finishing, and shipping
- Resolve customer issues or escalate concerns promptly and appropriately
- Process spec sheets for standard printed products such as bulletins, posters, and transit items
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Prepress, Production, and Accounting teams
- Maintain a positive, professional working relationship with colleagues in all departments

Job Requirements:
Customer Service Representative
Must-Have Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years in customer service, account management, or administrative support
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, data reformatting, and spreadsheet manipulation
- Proficiency in Outlook and the full Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written communication skills, including grammar, clarity, and proofreading
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
- Ability to learn and navigate internal software systems
- Basic math proficiency, including percentages, discounts, and proportional calculation
