Pay Rate:

• $16.00 – $16.25 per hour

• ?? Plus $100 monthly attendance bonus

Job Title: MIG Welder
Location: New Hudson, MI
Pay Rate: $20-$22 per hour based on experience
Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Job Overview:
We are seeking skilled and motivated MIG Welders to join our team in New Hudson! This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with welding experience looking for steady work, a consistent schedule, and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding on mild steel components

• Follow blueprints, welding symbols, and shop drawings

• Inspect welds to ensure accuracy and quality

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Assist with general shop duties as needed

Requirements:

• Previous MIG welding experience required

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand throughout the shift

• Steel toe boots required
