Location: Wixom, MI
Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM (Monday–Friday)
Pay: $25.00/hour

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations to ensure production and quality goals are met

• Provide leadership, direction, and support to line staff

• Monitor team performance and coach as needed

• Enforce safety protocols and company policies

• Track attendance, productivity, and shift reports

Qualifications:

• 3 yrs experience in a high-volume manufacturing company with at least one year supervisory/leadership experience.

• High school diploma, or G.E.D. related associate degree, or equivalent preferred.
• Working knowledge of both statistical process control (SPC) and of TS 16949 systems and standards preferred
• Knowledge of ERP and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) preferred
• Working knowledge of MS word and MS Excel 
• Ability to interpret specifications, blueprints, job orders, and company policies and procedures for employees
• Must be able to train and coordinate employees to perform tasks in compliance with safety/environmental, quality, productivity, housekeeping and general policies. 

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable using basic computer systems and production tracking tools

• Dependable and hands-on with a team-first attitude

• Load and Unload trailers

Job Requirements:

•  Lift 50 lbs. frequently and greater than 75 lbs. occasionally
• Lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weights
• Bend, stoop, squat, twist, push and pull
• Stand, sit or walk for long periods of time

Shift: 6:00pm- 2:30am M-F

Pay: $20.00/per hour

Employbridge is seeking an experienced automotive window primer to join our team in Romulus, MI. Ideal candidate comes with an artistic, detail orientated touch and able to work in moderate paced automotive manufacturing environment while perfecting the task at hand

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

• Clean and prepare surface for priming
• Utilize industrial paint tool to apply 2-3 coats of primer on roof top prior to glass window installation
• Inspect primer for defects prior to packing for delivering
• Tag/label roof top accordingly
• Utilize hand scanners and computer system to ensure rooftops are properly sequenced

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and bend for 8-10 hour shift
• Ability to utilize hand tools
• Detail oriented
• Strong hand/eye coordination
• Previous experience window priming in automotive setting preferred

Location: New Hudson, MI
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $17–$22/hour (based on experience)

Position Overview:
We're looking for skilled and motivated MIG Welders to join our team in New Hudson. This is a great opportunity for individuals with welding experience who are looking for steady work, a consistent schedule, and opportunities to grow.

• Perform MIG welding on mild steel components

• Follow blueprints, welding symbols, and shop drawings

• Inspect welds for accuracy and quality

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand throughout the shift
