Direct Hire 

$20 PER HOUR, more depending on experience

Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

• Must have 2 years of administrative experience
• Legal office a plus
• Must be able to use Word and Excel 

Job Duties: 

• Answer phones and direct calls
• Greet guests and maintain lobby area
• Maintain conference room schedule
• Coordinate visits from clients and business associates including hotel accommodations, calendar/scheduling
• Assist with special functions requiring catering and deliveries
• Other duties as assigned

Job Description:

• Regularly sitting on a powered industrial truck and getting on/off forklift
• Operate powered industrial truck to load and unload materials
• Move material to and from work areas
• Execute assignments in an accurate and timely manner
• Having good eye-hand-foot coordination
• Ability to assess weights and judge distances and heights

Qualifications:

• 6 months recent forklift experience required
• Follow instructions for operating equipment in a safe manner 
• Must be able to adjust schedule as needed 
• Experience with propane & electric forklift
