MAJOR JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operate all tire line, balancing, sequencing (location specific), material handling and other equipment as required. 5. Sort tire, wheel and other parts deliveries. 8. Inspect tires, wheels, other parts and finished assemblies according to inspection standards and frequencies prescribed. 9. Operate material handling, sequencing, and finished assembly loading systems. 10. Complete all working documentation, records, reports, etc. as requested. 11. Perform trouble shooting, problem solving and countermeasure activities as necessary. 12. Keep the work environment safe and clean at all times. 13. Other duties as assigned. • Responsible to work safely to assemble packaging materials. • Ensure the quality of all assembled product meets the customers’ expectations by performing all required quality checks according to the Company Quality Policy. • Work in the most efficient manner to meet key operational goals. • Participate in TPS activities, including Kaizen exercises • Work with Floor Lead to develop corrective actions. • Check all incoming stock against the factory card or SWI prior to machine set-up. • Ensure that all Load tags, Finished and Component Inventories, are accurate. • Review all Factory cards or Standard Work Instructions for accuracy. • Monitor and record all waste off work cell on Production Schedule.
