Working under direct supervision in this fast-paced environment, the QA/QC Inspectors will perform activities in the inspection of raw materials, in process materials, and finished goods to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications, including problem-solving quality issues.

Attention to detail is a must!

The QA/QC Inspector will:

• Perform various quality control tests and inspections on raw materials and coated material used throughout the production process to ensure compliance to product standards and specifications.

• Perform accuracy verifications on various testing equipment and tools used to measure quality to ensure accuracy and compliance to equipment standards.

• May perform sampling and quality inspections on pre-mass and test trial material as needed and pre-determined by R&D.

• May perform sampling and quality inspections on finished goods to ensure quality conditions meet customer and product standards and requirements.

• Answer questions, resolve problems and report abnormalities to supervisor, such as quality defects, equipment malfunctions, and accidents.

• Record findings and summarize test results and perform additional quality testing on materials/products deviating from standards. Qualified candidates will possess:

•  Must be available for overtime work and/or working on a holiday. Must be able to accommodate changes in schedule and shifts to meet production requirements.

      •   Must be able to speak and understand basic instructions in English.

      •   Must be detail oriented with ability to accurately record data. Must have ability to solve routine inspection problems.

• 1st Shift: 6am - 6pm
• 3rd Shift: 6pm- 6am

•  Daily shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and returns processing.
•  Managing stock levels, conducting cycle counts, tracking inventory, and ensuring accuracy.
• Organizing inbound/outbound shipments, managing dock schedules, and ensuring timely deliveries.
•  Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, enforcing safety protocols (OSHA).
•  Preparing reports, updating records, and handling necessary paperwork (invoices, packing lists).
•  Monitoring and maintaining warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) and supplies.
•  Addressing issues like delays, discrepancies, or staffing needs, and escalating to managers when necessary. 

• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and data entry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
• Experience with material handling equipment
