What You’ll Do:
- Lead and audit on-the-job training for new and current associates
- Support on boarding and department-specific training needs
- Manage and support the On-The-Job Trainer program
- Ensure work instructions and processes align with IMS standards
- Track and assign training using our learning management system
- Partner with managers and team leaders to communicate updates across all shifts
- Help design, deliver, and improve training content and programs
