Inventory Control – Customer Service Representative

Are you an experienced Inventory Control Specialist with a knack for customer service?   We have an immediate opening for an experienced Inventory Control – Customer Service Representative in Columbia, TN!

Responsibilities for Inventory Control – Customer Service Representative include:

• Perform accurate Inventory Control 
• Process incoming customer orders, purchase orders and communicate availability of materials.
• Provide customer service and sales support on orders and deliveries
• Manage inventory count discrepancies
• Manage follow-ups as necessary on shipments or deliveries to customers

Experience Required for Inventory Control – Customer Service Representative include:

• 6 months plus experience in an inventory control role
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to resolve customer concerns and inquiries
• Problems solving and strong organizational skills
• Detail oriented with the ability to enter accurate data into the system.
• High school or GED
