ResoureMFG is hiring COMPUTER TESTING AND SOFTWARE INSTALLATION team members in our CLIMATE CONTROLLED FACILITY in La Vergne, TN.  

TEST OPERATORS are responsible for downloading software programs, testing speed and ensuring proper function of computer servers. 

Basic Computer skills are required for this position.

Shift times for TEST OPERATORS:

• 2nd shift works Monday thru Friday; 4:30pm to 1am.
• Overtime may be required

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Help setup for the repair and production technician diagnostics and troubleshooting of computer hardware and software applications while performing/assisting the repair process.

Responsible for ensuring product quality through repairing and testing of product to ensure specifications are met.

Documents issues, and reports potential quality related problems to quality management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 months relevant Material Handler experience
• Minimum 1 month inventory experience (cycle counting, auditing)
• Attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Able to use basic hand and power tools
• Basic Math
• Mechanical aptitude
• Basic computer skills
• Knowledge of WMS systems

Job Responsibilities

• Follow safety guidelines
• Follow standard work instructions as assigned
• Perform hands-on tasks
• Lift up to 50lbs, stand, bend, and reach
• Maintain clean and organized workspace
• Troubleshoot equipment issues
• Meet production standards
• Work in a team environment
• Accurate recordkeeping and documentation of deliveries, inventory and supplies
• Inspection of product
• Storing, moving, and managing materials
• Experience in MSDS documentation, a plus

Job Duties for Computer Technicians:

• Analyze defective parts
• Verify defect is recorded correctly
• Research part vendor and start return processes
• Assist team with high volume returned parts
• Inventory duties as assigned
• Development and implementation of Test Software Log.  Maintain log to reflect current rev of test software being used for all CCBU Products.
• Performs receiving, shipping and warehousing functions as assigned
