We are currently seeking Industrial Assemblers and Machine Operators to join our team in Largo, FL. This is a great opportunity for reliable, hardworking individuals who are mechanically inclined and eager to grow in a manufacturing environment. 1st & 2nd Shift available.

Pay rates: 

Assemblers:  1st shift:  $16.58/hr.

Machine Operators: 2nd shift:  $19.07/hr.  

Hours:

1st. shift:  Monday to Friday 7am to 3:30pm (Overtime will come as early as 5:30am)

2nd shift:  Monday to Friday 2pm to 10:30pm (Overtime will come as after your shift. )

Assemblers:

• Assemble mechanical or electronic components using hand or power tools

• Follow work instructions, diagrams, and blueprints

• Perform quality checks on assembled products

• Maintain a clean and safe work area

Machine Operators:

• Set up, operate, and monitor machinery according to specifications

• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues

• Inspect parts for quality and accuracy

• Keep accurate production and maintenance records

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus

• Ability to use hand tools, read schematics, and follow instructions

• Comfortable standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs for extended periods

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets
