We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will handle pool chemicals, prepare customer orders, support warehouse operations, and ensure a safe work environment. This position requires wearing appropriate PPE — including a full face respirator — during specific chemical-handling tasks, with full training and fit-testing provided. This position will be available to start in around 2 weeks.

Responsibilities:

• Safely handle, measure, and package pool chemicals according to company guidelines.
• Wear required PPE, including gloves, goggles, and a respirator when handling certain chemicals.
• Prepare and fulfill customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

1^st Shift: 5:00am - 3:00/ Monday - Thursday, Friday and Saturday Mandatory when is printed on the scheduled. $15-$16/hr.

2^nd Shift: 2:30pm - 12:30 am / Monday - Thursday, Friday and Saturday Mandatory when is printed on the scheduled. $18/hr.

3rd Shift: 5:00 am - 5:00 pm / Friday - Sunday, $20/hr. Max 36hr per week.

Manufacturing Company Located at Clearwater, FL is seeking for reliable and experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring our machinery and equipment operate safely and efficiently. You'll be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and supporting daily operations in a fast-paced [industry, e.g., manufacturing/production/warehouse] environment.

Shifts

1st Shift- Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with the potential overtime for up to 10 hours daily, as needed. (Mandatory)

2nd Shift - Monday to Thursday, 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM, with mandatory overtime on Fridays during the same shift hours, as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance on mechanical equipment, machinery, and systems.
• Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them.
• Repair or replace defective parts using hand tools and power tools.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manuals.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repairs.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns quickly and efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
