Company located in Largo is seeking for an Inventory Data Entry Clerk.

Position Overview:

This data entry position is responsible for entering purchase order confirmations received from the vendors and making any necessary PO revisions.

Essential Job Functions:

• Review and identify emails for vendor/factory confirmations.
• Review in detail all information on the PO confirmations and identify any discrepancies.  Contact buyers, vendors, and or supervisor to resolve discrepancies.  Once confirmation is correct, will update all the information in Hit systems, sign and scan the confirmations back to the vendors so that production can proceed.
• Review and identify any email regarding po vendor changes.  Will revise purchase orders, update systems, and return a revised po back to the vendor/factory.
• Identify any purchase order that requires pre-production samples or compliance testing. Communicate these requirements internally with Quality Assurance or Product Compliance teams.
• Identify missing confirmations and communicate these with the vendors/factories.
• Run weekly reports for the logistics team for updating container arrival dates.
• Follow up weekly with vendors/factories to assure production schedules and promise ship dates are met.

Hours:  Monday to Friday 7am to 3:30pm. 

                            (Potential overtime when needed) 

Pay rate:  $18-$22/hr.  depending on relevant experience. 

This is a temporary position to cover maternity leave and support the department with potential it can be a longer assignment.

Job Responsibilities:

Cherry Picker experience is required.  Minimum of 2 years of recent experience. 

• Operating a Cherry Picker moving product around a very large warehouse (you will be certified once you start with the company).
•  Pallet Jack operation

Job Requirements:

• Able to work in a non-air-conditioned environment
•  2 years minimum of recent experience operating a Cherry Picker is required. 
•  Will be required to stand/sit for entire shift.
• Able to lift 40-50lbs
• Able to work mandatory overtime during the week and on Saturdays when needed

Hours:

• 2nd shift:  Monday to Friday 3:30pm to 12am **(Overtime might come as late as 1 or 2am when needed)
  **Some Saturdays might be required for a few hours when needed

Pay:

• 2nd shift:  $19/hr.

Hiring Production Proofreader in the Largo, FL area!

Requirements:

• Proficient in MS Outlook
• Good organizational skills
• Basic knowledge Production/Warehouse
• Previous proof-reading experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must have clerical experience where you see attention to detail reading and paperwork.  Showing experience with catching mistakes. 
• Look at the supplied customer artwork, purchase order and any added copy then compare it to the corresponding final file
• Mark any errors found and return it to the pre-production artist for correction
• This is a critical role so attention to detail is an absolute must. 

Available Hours:  1st shift:  Monday to Friday 7am to 3:30pm. 

                            (Potential overtime when needed) 

Pay rate:  $15/hr.
