The key responsibilities of the Team Lead include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Prepare reports for management
- Read & understand blue prints
- Support EMS/QMS policies and procedures
- Assist management in addressing customer issues and concerns
- Assures that customer specific requirements are met
- Other duties as assigned
