Machine Operator job duties:
- Grinding, filing, sanding of surfaces of dies, punches and other parts using hand tools, power tools, and knowledge of metal finishing techniques
- Polishing the surface to a smooth finish according to customer requirements
- Process the order in a timely manner to assure production schedule and quality standards are met
- Assist with removal of coating from tools
- Assist with the cleaning of tools prior to coating
- Other duties as assigned

- Basic Math(add, subtract, multiply, divide, measure, whole fractions, and decimals.
- Knowledge of saws, grinders, drills, flame-cutting equipment, and other power tools.
- Previous manufacturing, construction, farming, or industrial experience preferred
- Able to de-bur and clean welds and materials, and able to visually inspect yours and others welds.
- Freehand welding - MIG (90%), TIG, Stick, and ability to braze is helpful.
- Ability to read a tape measure (down to 32nds).
