Job Summary: The Production Laminating and Mounting Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining laminating and mounting equipment to ensure the highest quality finishing of printed materials. This role involves setting up machines, performing quality inspections, handling various substrates, and ensuring all projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time. Key

Responsibilities:

  • Operate laminating and mounting machines according to production schedules and job specifications.
  • Set up machines, materials, and finishes for each job, ensuring proper alignment, adhesive levels, and temperature settings.
  • Inspect finished products for quality assurance—checking adhesion, alignment, and surface quality.
  • Mount prints to a variety of substrates (foam board, PVC, acrylic, etc.) using manual or automatic mounting equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laminating and mounting area.
  • Track materials used, log production data, and report inventory shortages or machine issues promptly.
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and report any mechanical problems to the supervisor or maintenance team.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality control standards.
  • Collaborate with production and finishing teams to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery.

Position Summary

The Project Coordinator – Specialty Accounts supports the execution of complex specialty programs involving inventory management, warehouse operations, kit assembly, and distribution. This role works under the direction of a Project Manager or Account Lead and is responsible for coordinating day-to-day project activities, tracking inventory and operational tasks, maintaining documentation, and ensuring execution aligns with defined scopes, timelines, and quality standards. The Project Coordinator serves as a key operational liaison between internal teams and helps ensure accurate, timely delivery of specialty account requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Execution Support

  • Support assigned specialty accounts by coordinating project tasks, timelines, and deliverables under the guidance of a Project Manager or Account Lead
  • Assist in translating client requirements into detailed operational tasks, schedules, and work instructions
  • Track project milestones, dependencies, and action items; escalate risks or delays as needed
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, trackers, and status updates
  • Participate in internal project meetings and contribute to execution planning and follow-up

Inventory Coordination

  • Monitor inventory levels for specialty programs to support production and distribution schedules
  • Coordinate inbound inventory receipts, validation, and system entry
  • Assist with inventory reconciliation, cycle counts, lot tracking, and expiration monitoring
  • Identify inventory discrepancies and support resolution efforts with warehouse and inventory teams
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and supporting documentation

Warehouse Operations Coordination

  • Coordinate with warehouse operations to schedule receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities
  • Ensure operational tasks are aligned with project timelines and special handling requirements
  • Support documentation and adherence to account-specific SOPs and workflows
  • Monitor operational performance indicators such as order accuracy and turnaround times
  • Assist in identifying process gaps and improvement opportunities

Reporting & Administrative Responsibilities

  • Maintain detailed project trackers, inventory logs, and operational reports
  • Compile data for client and internal reporting, including inventory status and order fulfillment metrics
  • Support billing and invoicing accuracy by validating quantities, labor, and shipment details
  • Assist with documentation required for audits, reviews, or client requests

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate daily activities with warehouse, procurement, logistics, customer service, and project management teams
  • Serve as a point of contact for operational questions and task follow-up
  • Escalate issues appropriately to Project Managers or Account Leads

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, logistics, warehouse operations, or inventory management
  • Working knowledge of inventory control, warehouse workflows, and distribution processes
  • Experience supporting kit assembly or multi-SKU order fulfillment programs
  • Familiarity with WMS and ERP systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting specialty, customized, or high-complexity programs
  • Exposure to regulated or compliance-driven environments
  • Project management training or coursework (CAPM or equivalent a plus
