SUMMARY: A Print Operator is responsible for printing digital files on all printing equipment. Other responsibilities also include operating heat presses, machine maintenance, Ripping files, and material organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate all equipment according to safety policies.
• Rip files for printing.
• Apply color corrections in rip process.
• Printing on all presses following written instructions on job ticket.
• Dye sub transferring and heat setting.
• Pull and organize materials for printing.
• Machine maintenance.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Have a basic understanding of computers.
• Have good follow up & communication skills (oral & written).
• Ability to multi-task and re-prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Be highly detail oriented and well organized.
• Be punctual and reliable & work overtime as required.
• Enjoy working in a team environment—a team player attitude is a must.

• Experience in large format digital printing is a plus.
