Currently seeking an experienced Quality Technician III to support our Quality Department in a precision manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for inspections, testing, auditing, calibration, and continuous improvement activities to ensure products meet customer and industry quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform receiving, in-process, and final inspections
• Conduct customer-specific product testing and validation
• Complete FAIRs, PPAPs, and quality documentation
• Perform gage calibration and equipment verification
• Conduct ISO internal audits, process audits, and product audits
• Investigate quality issues using root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Monitor quality performance and support defect reduction initiatives
• Partner with Operations and Engineering to improve manufacturing processes
• Train team members and serve as a Quality Department representative as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing quality experience
• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
• Experience with precision measuring equipment and metrology
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, and ISO 17025 standards
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and reporting skills
• Associate degree in a related field preferred

Forklift - Material Handler

1st & 3rd - 12 hour shifts

Weekday Schedule: Mon-Wed every other Thurs - $17.50

Weekend Schedule: Fri-Sun - $17.75-$19.00

This position utilizes hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, conveyors, or other handling equipment to move material to and from trucks and within the storage facility. Manually or mechanically un/load materials from skids, platforms, or transport vehicles. Move levers or controls that operate lifting devices to load or stack materials. Secure materials or transport to designated areas.

Shifts for Skilled Machine Operators:

Days- 1st Shift - 5am-3:30pm - Mon-Thurs  (+ Overtime)

Evenings- 2nd Shift - 3pm-1:30am - Mon-Thurs (+ Overtime)

Machine Operator Positions include: 

Clean/Soap/Anneal Machine Operator - $19.95 on Evening - 2nd Shift, $18.85 on Days - 1st Shift.

• Ability to work up to 12 hours standing/walking
• Ability to use calipers, micrometers, weight scale and other measuring devices. 
• Flexible to float between departments within the manufacturing facility.

 Assembly Operator - $17.63 on Days - 1st Shift.

• Ability to lift 25lbs on a regular basis. Must
• Able to work up to 10hrs standing/walking 
• Experience in manufacturing using small wrenches and other hand tools.

 Redraw Operator - $16.85 on Days - 1st Shift.

• Knowledge of good manufacturing practices

Upcoming Seasonal Warehouse

Midpark – Knoxville, TN

Mon-Fri - 7am-12pm - $17/hr

Cool off this summer and earn some extra cash by working part-time!

Warehouse positions will start approximately in the last week of July and run through October-December time frame.

Associates will be packing and handling flu-vaccines to be shipped out from the warehouse. Heavy lifting capabilities are a must! Warehouse has a cold-room environment; must be comfortable working in cooler temperatures. Associates must also be willing to take on additional general warehouse tasks such as cleaning and organizing during downtime.
