 Job description:

• Preparing work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials. 

• Positioning parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements and small hand tools 

• Assembling components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies. 

• Verifying specifications by measuring completed component. 

• Resolving assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications; notifying supervisor to obtain additional resources. 

• Keeping equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs. 

• Maintaining safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Monday - Friday 7 am- 3:30 pm Possible over time

ResourceMFG is seeking a skilled and experienced shipping & receiving associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. Previous experience is required.  The shipping & receiving associate will also be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, performing routine maintenance on the forklift and operating when needed, ensuring a safe working environment while maintaining a clean environment.  Including performing other duties as assigned. 

Essential Job Functions:

• Gather, prepare and ship orders to the customer. 
• Receive, check in, and store materials, parts and cartons to ensure accurate and efficient inventory control.

• *Utilize Receiving App to:                                                                                                                                                 Check received items against packing list or purchase order for quantities, size, weight and condition              

                      Fill out receiving copies, report shortages, damaged or defective material.

                      Bar code or otherwise identify received items to show part number, quantity, description

                      Forward copies of purchase orders, shipping papers etc., according to established procedure.

• *Utilize Shipping App to:

                        Pick and stage outgoing truck and UPS/FedEx shipments, both domestic and foreign

                        Prepare shipping labels, determine and apply appropriate postage or fees

Production Associates Needed!

ResourceMFG is seeking highly motivated and experienced candidates for a Production Associate position available in the Kinston area.  This production associate position will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time role with manufacturer after 3 months of demonstrating exceptional performance and attendance record. 

1^st shift positions available.

7AM-7PM 

2-2-3 schedule

ResourceMFG’s production associate must be team oriented. Have amazing work ethic, attention to detail, and able to learn and rotate other roles in a fast-paced production environment when needed.  Heavy lifting may be required.

Production position-Creeler- It is essential to be able to climb stairs with product weighing up to 40 pounds place on a peg, stand on your feet for 12-hour shifts and have the ability to use basic math skills for production issues.
