Position: Foreman

Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 6:00AM - 4:30PM. Frequent overtime on Fridays.

Compensation: $18-$22 per hour depending on experience

Job Summary: The Foreman is involved in overseeing the completion of various phases of projects up to and including all phases from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure on-site safety compliance, cleanliness, and orderliness
• In charge of and responsible for equipment and materials on site
• Report project progress to superiors
• Coordinate daily tasks according to priorities and plans, adjusting as necessary due to weather, supply delivery, and personnel
• Develop and oversee quality standards on all sites

Job Requirements:

Experience Required: 3-6 months industrial leadership experience

Skills/Competencies:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong computer skills and knowledge
• Ability to read drawings, plans, and blueprints and convey this information to others
• Aptitude in math and strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Extensive knowledge of OSHA and applicable safety guidelines
