About the Role:

We’re seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Indianapolis. This hands-on role is essential to keeping our facility safe, functional, and looking its best. If you enjoy working independently, solving problems, and making a visible impact, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform minor plumbing repairs, including restroom fixtures and dock drains
• Repair flooring (carpet, tile) and respond to spills
• Install ceiling tiles and light fixtures
• Conduct wall repairs: drywall installation, patching, painting, and hanging items
• Use maintenance software to manage reactive, planned, and preventative tasks
• Operate equipment such as forklifts and powered hand tools (drills, grinders, porta-band, etc.)

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in general maintenance or facilities repair
• Ability to safely operate tools and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using maintenance tracking software
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Job Requirements:

-Conducts minor repairs including plumbing in restrooms along with dock drain;

-Floor repair & spill pickup, including carpet and floor tile;

-Ceiling and light fixture installation;

-Wall repair including drywall installation, patching, wall hanging and painting.

-Utilizes software to track, assign, and prioritize reactive, planned, preventative, and predictive maintenance work and building management system.

-Operates and maintains vehicle equipment such as fork truck, etc. Uses powered hand tools drills, grinders, porta-band, etc.) based on job need.

Shipping Clerk:

Pay rate:   $22.-$25/HR

Schedule: M-Th 5am-330pm; Most Friday’s.  Occasional Saturday’s.

Job Requirements:

 Responsibilities:

-Responsible for recording, processing, and shipping orders completed throughout the day. This includes:
-Routing orders that are ready to ship
-Entry of orders, both unit down and stock
-The tear down and attachment of bills of lading and corresponding service shippers
-Contacting freight companies to notify them of shipments
-Assist Customer Service as needed, i.e. faxing P.O.D.’s and packing lists, investigate shortages, etc.
-Process export orders, both international and Canadian.
-Maintenance and retention of files, order and stock supplies. Assist with monthly reports.
-Final processing of daily shipments, including:
-Billing orders processed that day
-Filing of completed paperwork
-Calculation of total pounds shipped
-Scheduling Inbound Receipts and accurately posting those receipts once counted on a daily basis.
