Progressive Die Press Operators wanted in Englewood, OH
We are looking for experienced individuals who can set-up, operate and maintain progressive die, machines and to ensure quality and press efficiencies are met daily and to maintain a safe work environment.
3rd Shift: 8:50PM-7AM Sunday night - Wednesday night (overtime possible on Thursday and/or Friday nights)
Pay is $19 & UP depending on experience
Responsibilities Include:
- Sets up and operates progressive die machines, decoilers, rollstraighteners and feed equipment.
- Perform quality checks on parts being produced on a scheduled basis.
- Analyze and try to resolve work problems that may occur during the job.
- Accurately and timely complete all daily production paperwork requirements.
- Ensure the quality of parts produced at minimum cost.
- Follow direct instructions/work procedures to assure a safe, efficient operation.Load and unload coils of material.
- Be able to use micrometers, calipers and other measuring equipment on a daily basis
- Clean equipment dies and work environment.

- Ability to multi-task and maintain fluid and cleaning agent levels in washing tanks.
- Ability to trouble shoot errors on automated inspection machine and restart operation to continue production flow.
- Maintain a safe work environment for themselves and others.

Job Requirements:

Experience:
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in the set-up and operation of presses.
- Two (2) years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
