Days - $15.10/hour
Nights - $15.55/hour

Join a growing team and start your new career today! We are currently hiring Electrical and Mechanical Assemblers for multiple shifts in the Monroe City, MO area.
Available Shifts
1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
Weekend Shift: Friday–Sunday, 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay Starting at $18+ per hour
Job Responsibilities
As an Assembler, you will be responsible for the assembly, installation, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical components. Duties include:
- Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams and assembly specifications
- Laying out electrical installations according to wiring requirements
- Drilling and tapping holes for mounting control units and components
- Installing breakers, relays, connectors, bus bars, transformers, insulators, thermostats, and other options
- Wiring heating elements and electrical systems
- Fabricating bussing and soldering connections
- Performing hydro tests according to specifications
- Testing, adjusting, and troubleshooting electrical components
- Painting finished products as needed
- Working with supervisors and engineering teams to resolve assembly and design questions
- Maintaining quality and safety standards throughout the production process
Qualifications
- Previous electrical and/or mechanical assembly experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and meet production goals
